The apiary is the heart of Nawman's Meadow. Our hives are positioned to give our bees access to the widest possible range of forage - wildflower meadows, surrounding farmland, woodline edges, and native plantings we've cultivated specifically for them.
We practice natural, sustainable beekeeping. That means no unnecessary treatments, no artificial feeding when it can be avoided, and a deep respect for the bees' natural rhythms and needs. The result is healthy, strong hives and honey that truly reflects its environment.
Our mission isn't just to produce honey - it's to teach pollinator truth. We believe that an educated community is the best protection bees, monarchs, and all pollinators have.
